Dunja Relic
Trainee Solicitor
I believe that building strong, proactive relationships with clients and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency are fundamental to delivering effective legal services in today’s changing legal environment.
Currently, I am a trainee solicitor at Mercurae, working towards completing my SQE studies while gaining valuable experience supporting our team and clients. My role involves drafting legal documents, conducting research, and contributing practical insights to various matters. I also bring a strong interest in legal tech and AI, having worked at a legal tech company, where I deepened my understanding of how technology can streamline legal processes and drive better outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining Mercurae, I studied Law at the University of Liverpool, where I graduated with a First-Class degree. My academic background, combined with my hands-on experience in legal technology, has shaped my approach to client service and team collaboration.
Beyond my work at Mercurae, I am the founder of When Life Gives You Lemons, an initiative designed to equip first-generation immigrant girls with the skills and support they need to succeed post education. This work has earned me recognition in two prestigious lists:
· Brummell Magazine's One's to Watch 2024: A celebration of London's rising stars in business (read more here)
· WeAreTheCity’s Themis20: Recognizing 20 women in law in partnership with Norton Rose Fulbright (view the full list here)
