I strongly believe there is a better way to provide legal services to support businesses and the people who depend on them. Adam and I recognise that a proactive approach to providing legal services is necessary for our clients who wish to succeed in a complex and ever-changing legal and regulatory environment. By partnering with our clients, we present an opportunity to obtain legal advice day-to-day rather than only seeking legal advice reactively, to address tricky situations or problems when they arise.
I have been a corporate lawyer, and more recently a partner, for the last 11 years in two City law firms. I advise private companies on a broad range of corporate, M&A and private equity matters. I act for businesses based in the UK, the US and Europe which operate in a broad range of sectors.
