Simplicity in how we work

At Mercurae, a monthly retainer is agreed with our clients upfront, based on projected levels of legal support required. The retainer is monitored on a monthly basis and adjusted quarterly to fit with ‘fair usage’ - it is as simple as that.

The retainer model is a win-win for both our clients and for us, because we both benefit from having full transparency of cost and workflow requirements. This allows for efficient budgeting and time management on both sides.

Complex project work that falls outside of our retainers will be scoped separately using a fixed fee where possible, to give our clients that little peace of mind they need.

Our time and energy is dedicated to furthering our clients’ ambitions, rather than negotiating scopes of work. It is so much easier this way!
